Tickets for Barcelona 2010 in Estadi Olimpic de Montjuic

The countdown to the European Athletics Championships Barcelona 2010 has begun. With less than a year before the event, multi-day tickets are now on sale to watch one of the most important athletics event in the world, which will make Barcelona a reference point in international sports once again.

The Championships, which will be held in Spain for the first time, will welcome the 50 European Athletics member countries, and approximately 1,500 athletes, including Olympic and World champions. Forty-two different events will take place in the Montjuïc Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium, and five more – the three walk events and the two marathons - will be held in the city centre. The opening ceremony on 26 July will be staged at the Montjuïc Magic Fountain.
