Season–ticket holders who have acquired their seat will have to enter the stadium with their holder’s pass.

You will also find ServiCaixa Collection Terminals, from where you can collect your tickets:

• Any day, from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the ServiCaixa terminals located in the acces to Adidas shop, in c/ Padre Damián.
• The same day as the match, from 11 a.m. until the beginning of the second half, in the ServiCaixa terminals located next to ticket booths 11–12–13 of the stadium, in c/ de Rafael Salgado (Fondo Norte).
