  • Has my purchase been made correctly?

    If your purchase has been made correctly, at the end of the purchasing process we will show you a screen with the summary of the purchase and options for collecting your tickets.

    You will also receive in your e-mail (the one you have entered in the payment screen) a message of confirmation in which you will find detailed information of the purchase you have just made.

    In case of doubt, at any time you may consult the operations made in the “ Tickets pending collection ” section.

     
  • How can I buy tickets?

    You can buy the tickets using any of our sales channels available:

    www.servicaixa.com. Accede to our web www.servicaixa.com and buy your tickets. You will be able to accede to the whole listings and search for the event you want. You will also have the possibility of consulting all special offers available. You can collect/print your tickets using any of our ticket collection options.

    Terminal servicaixa

    ServiCaixa terminals of ”la Caixa” (ATMs). You will find them in the majority of branches of ”la Caixa”. They are the same terminals you use for making banking operations.

    Remember that you can buy and collect tickets using any of your cards, irrespective of the entity and type (credit/debit).

    Consult here the location of the branches that have ticket collection terminals.

    Móvil

    Mobile. Through your mobile you will also be able to buy tickets for the majority of events we have on sale.

    If you have a latest-generation mobile you can download the ServiCaixa mobile application and accede to our listings.

  • How do I collect the tickets I have bought?

    If you have bought the tickets in a ServiCaixa terminal of ”la Caixa” or a sale and collect terminal, you will have the tickets instantly.

    If you have bought by web or telephone, you will be able to collect them after completing the purchase in one of the following options:

    Terminales servicaixa

    ServiCaixa terminals of ”la Caixa” (ATMs). You will find them in the majority of branches of ”la Caixa”. They are the same terminals you use to do financial operations. You can collect the tickets using the card with which you made the purchase.

     
    Terminales de venta y recogida

    Sale and collect terminals. . You will find them at the entrance of the venues that permit this type of sale.

    Collection terminals. You will find them at the entrance of the venues that permit this type of sale. You just need to enter the card with which you made the purchase and the tickets will be printed automatically.

    Printing the ticket. For specific events, on completing the purchase by internet, you will have the option of printing the tickets from your printer by means of a PDF file.

    The ticket, on the mobile. If you have bought tickets by means of the mobile application of ServiCaixa and the venue permits it, you will be able to use your mobile phone as a ticket.

     

    Remember that you will need the card with which you made the purchase to collect the tickets.

    We recommend you collect the tickets as soon as possible, since for the majority of events the collection of tickets at the box office is not available.

  • Can I order a change of date of the tickets?

    The tickets acquired may not be changed or refunded.

    The reason is that ServiCaixa is not the entity that sells the tickets. ServiCaixa simply makes available to the promoters and the public its advance ticket sales system so that, to all purposes, the user always buys the tickets directly from the promoter.

  • What should I do if an event is cancelled?

    The refund of the amount will be made within 15 days of the date of public notification of the cancellation of the event . You will receive the payment for the tickets on the card with which you made the purchase.

    If you made the purchase with a debit card, the refund will appear with the same date on which you made the purchase. To do this, you must go to your bank branch and ask for a balance statement of the month in which you bought the tickets. If, in contrast, you paid with a credit card, you will be able to check it on the statement of the following month.

     
  • How do I find an event?

    You have different ways of looking for a ServiCaixa event. From the main screen you can accede to the different types of events we have via the main menu.

  • How does the purchasing process of the web work?

    To buy tickets for a specific event you must first find it. Once you have found it you can see the sessions available clicking on the “Begin purchase” link. If you click on this link you will begin the purchasing process, with the following steps:

  • Is buying by Internet secure?

    From www.servicaixa.com we use a safe purchasing process, certified by Verisign. This means that throughout the whole purchasing process the information travels codified by means of SSL protocol and keys of 128 bits. If you look, when you are in the purchasing process a key appears on the lower part of the browser and on the address http:// is substituted by https://. Also, when the client fills out the data and clicks on “Confirm purchase”, we connect directly with Visa España, the entity which at the same time makes contact with the entity issuing the card so that the operation is validated. If Visa does not pass the charge, www.servicaixa.com does not reserve the tickets.

  • Can I buy tickets with a card that is not of ”la Caixa”?

    Yes, you can buy tickets with a bank card of any entity and type (credit/debit). The ones we accept are Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Maestro, Euro-6000, JCB and American Express. Remember that to collect the tickets you will need the card with which you made the purchase.

     
  • When paying for the tickets, “incorrect credit card” comes up

    To make the ticket purchase correctly, on the data screen of the purchasing process you must enter:

    The card number with the 16 digits successively (15, in the case of the American Express), without spaces.

    The expiry date of the card.

    The CVV code (3 digits that you will find on the back of the card).

    If you have filled in the fields correctly and continue having problems, you should contact your bank so that they validate the card.

     
  • I cannot purchase, even though my card is valid and there is credit balance

    By internet we use the payment system based on a secure method. This means when making the payment we connect with Visa España and they in turn contact the card issuing entity in order to authenticate the user.

    If the card is not registered to operate in secure internet environments, the entity will never be able to accept the payment. Each entity uses its own systems of payment requesting a PIN, tax number, coordinate, mobile phone, etc. Therefore, to start with, you must contact your banking entity so that they can register the card to operate in secure internet environments. Once you can buy with a card in secure commercial sites like ours, your banking entity will accredit that the person making the purchase is you, and to do that it will request a PIN, coordinate, tax number, mobile call, etc. How does the process work exactly? After having entered your data (name, surname, contact, card and expiry date) and clicked the “Continue” button, a smaller window will open at the top of the www.servicaixa.com screen. This smaller window is the connection with Visa España.

    We have detected users who are connected from a company network and have some restricted accesses. It is possible that if you do not see this Visa window it is because you have restricted access or the security options of the browser do not allow you. You can try from another computer.
