Ticket collection options

• ServiCaixa terminals of ”la Caixa”

  

  You will find them in the majority of offices of ”la Caixa”. They are the same terminals for financial operations, We remind you that you can buy and collect tickets using any of your cards, irrespective of the entity and the mode (credit/debit).

  Locate here the offices that have terminals with ticket collection.

  Steps to take for collecting tickets

  1. Introduce the card with which you made the purchase.
  2. Select the “Show tickets” option on the terminal screen (on the upper part of the screen)
  3. Select the “Ticket collection” option.
  4. Select the tickets you want to print (all the tickets pending collection will be shown, but you can print only the ones you want).
  5. Collect the printed tickets from the terminal.

   

• Sale and Collection Terminals

  

  You will find them at the entrance of the venues that allow this collection method.

  Steps to take for collecting tickets

  1. Select the “Ticket collection” option on the terminal screen.
  2. Introduce the card with which you made the purchase.
  3. Select the tickets you want to print (all the tickets pending collection will be shown, but you can print only the ones you want).
  4. Collect the printed tickets from the terminal.

   

• Collection terminals

  

  You will find them at the entrance of the venues that allow this collection method.

  Steps to take for collecting tickets

  1. Pass the card with which you made the purchase through the reader.
  2. The tickets you had pending for the venue will be printed.

   

• Printing the tickets at home

  

  To use this method you will need a printer with paper and ink (it does not need to be colour). This collection method is shown at the end of the purchasing process in some specific venues. If you decide to print your tickets with this option, the other collection options will not be available.

  Steps for printing the tickets on your printer

  1. Select the ticket collection option at the end of the purchasing process.
  2. The instructions for printing the tickets will be shown.
  3. Select “Print tickets” and the ticket will be produced in PDF format which you can print at that moment (A new window will open with the PDF to print).
     You will also be sent the ticket in PDF format in the e-mail you indicate in the purchasing process, so that you can also print it at another time.
  4. Show the printed sheet with your ticket at the venue entrance.

  To be able to use this method you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader programme installed.

   

• The ticket in your mobile

  

  If you bought your tickets with the ServiCaixa mobile application, and the venue allows it, you can use the same mobile phone as your ticket.

  You just have to select this option at the end of the purchasing process and show the ticket on your mobile at the venue entrance.

  Steps to have your ticket on your mobile

  1. Select the “Mobile ticket” option at the end of the purchasing process with the mobile application.
  2. It will save your ticket in the “My tickets” section of the mobile application.
  3. At the venue entrance, you must open the ServiCaixa mobile application and go to the “My tickets” section. Then select the event you are attending, and show the barcode that will appear on the screen of your mobile.

  To be able to use this method you will need to have the ServiCaixa mobile application for ticket sales installed.
